REVERSE CLEARANCE®
When you ship your commercial goods to Australia, we provide our Canadian exporters with a one stop shop; we are probably the only company who offers a Reverse Clearance® service. We are able to provide you with a full costing to have your goods before your goods depart from Canada to have your goods processed through the Australian Border Force [ABF] and the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment [DAWE] and then delivered to your Australian customer.
A case study
A Canadian exporter wishes to enter the Australian market by sending their commercial goods to Australia; however they do not wish to burden the Australian company with the customs clearance costs, airline terminal fees, port charges, import duty, import GST and or delivery costs. Platinum offered the Canadian exporter a full costing from Canada to Australia and billed the Canadian company in Canadian dollars. The Canadian business was able to rest easy knowing that there were no surprises to their end-customer or to themselves. Reverse Clearance is a great service to control costs. Personal shipments to Australia
If you are re-locating to Australia for the warmer weather or the employment opportunities, Platinum® can pre-clear your personal effects before they arrive into Australia. Your personal effects may travel as air cargo, sea freight Less than a Container Load [LCL] or Full Container Load [FCL].
